If you are involved in the management of a company, a not for profit club, association, organisation, charity or committee you will find that our Directors & Officers and Trustee Indemnity products will protect you against claims arising from your decisions and actions taken whilst managing or running your business or organisation. Our Professional Indemnity products provide cover for firms and individuals who are in the business of selling their skills or knowledge and wish to be protected in the event of a negligence claim from services provided.

At Angel we want to take some of the pressure away from you in these difficult times by providing you with guidance on how you should proceed.  The Financial Services Authority (FSA) is the independent regulatory body of the financial services industry in the United Kingdom. The FOS is an independent body which deals with complaints between consumers and businesses. Companies House store company information which is required to be filed with them under the Companies Act and makes this information  available to the public. The Charity Commission regulates charities in the UK and keeps a register of charities. The Charity Commission website provides useful information on how to set up a charity, legal requirements and provides details of how and when to report to them. The Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) is an independent regulator and keeper of the register of Scottish charities.
