Angel Charities

At Angel we are fully committed to helping those who are in need.  In 2006 we supported Jennifer Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Merlin, The Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research and The Theodora Foundation.  This means YOU help with every policy bound.

The Mission of the Jennifer Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy (JTSMA) is to be there for everyone affected by or involved with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), providing support and information, and investing in research. The JTSMA is the only British organisation dedicated to providing support, care, information and the funding of research into SMA

Merlin is the only specialist UK agency which responds worldwide with vital health care and medical relief for vulnerable people caught up in natural disasters, conflict, disease and health system collapse.

The Bobby Moore Fund raises money for research into bowel cancer and also public awareness of the disease. The funds are spent on high-quality bowel cancer research carried out by leading scientists working across the UK. The money raised to date has funded 15 Bobby Moore Research Fellowships and a new bowel cancer laboratory at St Mark's Hospital in London.

The Theodora foundation has set itself the mission of making life better for children in hospital or in specialist institutions. This they can do thanks to an activity which is artistic, playful, imaginative and amusing and which knows no borders, be they geographical, religious or racial.
