FROM LONDON/M25/A12
Take Junction 28 from the M25 and follow the A12 towards Colchester for approximately 45 miles. Turn off at Junction 25 signposted A120 to Stansted and Marks Tey. At the end of the slip road take the first exit off the roundabout onto the A120. Follow this for 2 miles, straight over the two mini roundabouts. About half a mile after Poplar Nurseries (on your left), take a left hand turn into Elm Lane. Follow this road for about half a mile and we are the first black barn that you come to on the left hand side.

FROM CAMBRIDGE/FELIXSTOWE/A14
From the A14 proceed to the Copdock interchange Ipswich then follow signs for Colchester/London on the A12. Stay on the A12 until you get to Junction 25 signposted A120 to Stansted and Bishop’s Stortford. At the end of the slip road take the third exit off the roundabout passing over the A12 at the next roundabout take the first exit onto the A120 towards Stansted. Follow this for 2 miles, straight over the two mini roundabouts. About half a mile after Poplar Nurseries (on your left), take a left hand turn into Elm Lane. Follow this road for about half a mile and we are the first black barn that you come to on the left hand side.

FROM STANSTED/M11
Take Junction 8 from M11 (Stansted Airport), follow the A120 heading towards Colchester. Stay on the dual carriageway for approximately 12 miles. As you approach Braintree take the second exit off the roundabout towards Colchester. At the second roundabout take the third exit and continue on the A120 towards Colchester. Follow this road for approximately 8 miles, take the turning on the right signposted Elm Lane. Follow this road for about half a mile and we are the first black barn that you come to on the left hand side.
